Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to ensure that Human Resource strategy, goals and priorities are driven by and aligned with business needs. Consult, advise, coach and partner with functional leaders on people and organizational needs.
Support the development of compensation and benefit strategies and guidelines for Denali employees to ensure the attraction and retention of highly specialized talent. Ensure offerings are competitive and cost effective.
Develop and implement processes to assess internal capabilities and design programs, which focus on leadership development.
Identify strategic Human Resources issues, which will affect the company’s ability to meet its business goals, and develop appropriate, plan for organizational and staff development.
Handle Employee Relations issues including working with managers to identify performance issues and implement appropriate measures to provide employees the opportunity to succeed.
If managing a team, lead direct report(s) through annual goal setting, growth planning, adherence to company policies, maintain training compliance and provide ongoing feedback on growth, development and areas of improvement.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field equivalent required
12 years of broad and progressive Human Resources experience; life sciences experience preferred
10 years of people management experience (if applicable
Experience managing the planning, development, implementation and administration of one or more Human Resources programs in the function of talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, or training
Experience building teams, implementing processes, procedures and HR functionalities in an emerging leading edge industry is strongly desired. Includes fluency with the use of leading edge HR technology tools (HRIS, ATS)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent business judgment and discretion
Ability to communicate effectively, facilitate interactions and resolve conflicts
Proven leadership, program management, and project management skills
Familiarity with employment immigration law (visa sponsorship, streamlining relocation guidelines and programs)
Must have strong financial and budget managing skills, be able to negotiate and know when to use diplomacy skills

Salary : $233,000 - $275,000
