The Benefits Manager is responsible for daily supervision of the benefits team and activities, coaching and developing team members, and administering health, wellness, and financial benefits. You will maintain collaborative relationships with benefit and HRIS vendors, ensure timely completion of enrollments, status changes, and corrections, and assist with employee communication efforts.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, effective planning and prioritizing, and discretion and independent judgment. You will thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and have flexible availability for occasional travel.
