Title: Lab Technician

Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
- Overall objective/accountability
- Perform routine general chemistry analyses and sample preparations per Client or official methodologies.
- Support administrative tasks and Good Laboratory practice checks performed.
Main tasks/responsibilities:
- Receive, process and track analytical sample requests
- Communicate with project managers to obtain necessary information
- Coordinate analyses with other Analytical Section analysts
- Perform routine in-house chemical and physical testing
- Monitor and maintain basic analytical equipment
- Maintain the laboratory in a safe, clean environment
- Accurately document analytical analysis
- Comply with client Integrated Management System and all other company policies and procedures
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or B.S. in a Science related field with one year related experience or High School Diploma (or GED) with three years related experience
