Dennis’ 7 Dees is a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in the Portland area. Along with our retail gardening stores, we provide residential and commercial landscaping services throughout Oregon and southwest Washington.

Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and product application under Crew Leader guidance
- Operate professional equipment including backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, and various hand tools
- Contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments for residential landscape clients
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team in various outdoor settings
Required
- Physical ability to perform landscape maintenance tasks (push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat)
- Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds daily
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Punctuality, reliability, and can-do attitude
- Previous experience in professional landscape maintenance strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants and materials
- Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
- Early morning start times (6:00-7:00 AM depending on season)
- Approximately 10-hour workdays with overtime opportunities during peak seasons
- Based at our Seaside, OR headquarters
- Starting wage of $18-20 per hour, dependent upon experience
