ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!
We are still looking for 2 experienced accounting professionals to join the Dennis Dillon accounting department in Boise Idaho. Previous dealership accounting experience is preferred, but not necessary. Our Dennis Dillon growth in sales has necessitated additional staff within our accounting department. Senior management provides excellent support with the sales, service and parts department to make the jobs in the accounting department operate smoother.
Pay is commensurate with experience but is top in the valley.
Below are the specific positions and job descriptions within the accounting department
Accounts Payable:
· Process Invoices - Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment.
· Check requests - Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis.
· Vendor Accounts - Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures. Process online payments for various vendors. Research and resolve all vendor inquiries.
· Credit Card - Audit and process monthly credit cards for payment.
· Outstanding Invoices - Review all statements and research outstanding invoices.
Titles:
· Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
· Prepares tax and title documents.
· Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
· Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
· Call lien holders and DMV's to verify documents.
· Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
· Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles
Deal Processor: - Accurately verify costs and accounting for new and used vehicle purchases - Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness - Submit sales documentation and contracts to lenders - Process trade payoffs - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Collaborate with team members and leaders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
