- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
- Handle cash transactions using the register with precision and honesty
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly
Skills:
- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong hospitality skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items is beneficial
