Position: Valet & Customer Experience Specialist
We’re looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual who is ready to wear multiple hats and be a key part of our team. This role offers diverse responsibilities, ensuring every day is different and rewarding!
Key Responsibilities:
- Valet Services – Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Scheduling & Rental Management – Coordinate pick-up/delivery appointments and manage rental vehicle scheduling and rental inventory.
- Customer Experience Specialist – Provide top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Vehicle Prep & Delivery – Prepare new and used vehicles for customer pickup after purchase, including a quick wash, wipe down, tire dressing, sticker removal, and enhance overall presentation.
- Facility Cleaning & Upkeep – Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, taking out trash, and cleaning restrooms within the facility.
