Key Responsibilities
- Client Representation: Advise clients on legal options and develop effective case strategies.
- Legal Research & Drafting: Prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Court Advocacy: Represent clients in hearings and legal proceedings.
- Case Management: Oversee a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective legal action.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of experience in workers’ compensation and longshore law.
