**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support various operational, organizational, and R&D functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the special projects program. This role will also manage real estate portfolios, assist in property aquisitions, assist in trademark/copyright applications, new product development, manage e-commerce stores and lead other ventures of the CEO.
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates efficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and exhibit professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities through strong project coordination and management skills.
- Real Estate, Law, Product Development, Construction or Accounting Experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or Finance/Accounting preferred
