About the Role:
The CEO is a visionary with big goals but needs a strong right hand to handle the day-to-day details, planning, and execution. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in helping both companies scale by taking charge of organizational development, creating processes, and ensuring the smooth implementation of growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Company:
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including planning, research, and execution of lead-generation strategies.
- Develop and refine business processes to support client acquisition and retention.
- Research and recommend new tools, platforms, and systems to improve efficiency.
- Organize and manage schedules, transactions, and follow-ups to free the agent’s time for high-value activities.
Moving Company:
- Develop systems for operations, accounting, and tracking to transition the CEO out of daily tasks.
- Implement organizational structures for logistics, scheduling, and client management.
- Create workflows to improve productivity and ensure seamless execution of services.
- Work closely with the CEO to plan and oversee the scaling strategy.
Both Companies:
*Manage and maintain the CEO's Google Calendar, scheduling appointments and ensuring efficient time management.
*Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
*Assist with QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
*Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
*Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including preparing reports and presentations.
*Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling calls on behalf of the CEO.
*Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless execution.
*Support various administrative functions to enhance productivity within the executive office.
