2nd SHIFT HVAC P1 Assembly and Inspection, starting at $18.72 / hour!

Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) :
Assembly of automotive parts
Visual inspection
Operate an electric air-driver
Complete daily reports
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Receive training to run any and all aspects of the production line when necessary
Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures
Identify and resolve problems
Support Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, train new team members, take all steps necessary to meet the customer's needs
Physical and Environmental Demands :
Repetitive lifting up to 33 pounds
Bending
Twisting
Repetitive gripping with hands
Standing for prolonged periods of time (8-12 hours)
Ability to work overtime including weekend overtime
Comfortable working in an environment with extreme temperatures and loud noises
Minimum Qualifications :
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Solid, recent work history
Ability to pass a hands-on dexterity assessment if selected for final assembly area
Ideal Associate Must Possess :

Drive to keep up with fast paced production requirements
