Key Responsibilities:
- Present and Negotiate: Engage with customers to present repair agreements, addressing questions about repairs, insurance, and payments.
- Build Customer Relationships: Maintain communication throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction.
- Work with Insurance Companies: Secure repair approvals with $0 out-of-pocket costs for customers.
- Track and Report Sales: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
