What You’ll Do:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in connecting vehicle owners affected by hail damage to DMG’s trusted repair services. With full training and support, you’ll:
- Generate Leads: Work in areas impacted by hail, using industry-leading software to identify potential customers.
- Engage with Customers: Assess vehicle owners’ needs and offer PDR solutions.
- Facilitate Repairs: Collaborate with our support teams to coordinate rental cars, vehicle pickup/delivery, and customer updates.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales cycle, supported by DMG’s best-in-class production and service teams.
What We Offer:
- $500 Weekly Training Pay: Plus commission during your first 4 weeks.
- Commission Paid Weekly: Earn on a per-car basis with unlimited earning potential.
- W2 Eligibility: Transition to W2 status after 40 sales, with a $200/week base pay.
