Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Maintain and update patient records with accurate information.
• Collaborate with dental staff to optimize appointment schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting (Required).
• Proficient in dental practice management software (e.g. Open Dental, Dentrix, etc) and Google Suites.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
