We're currently in search for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team!

Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist experienced dentists chairside, using four-handed dentistry
- Preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring instruments and equipment are sterile
- Breakdown of treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments are returned for sterilization promptly
- Daily morning meeting and team schedule review, anticipating the doctor's needs in advance
- Set up trays as indicated by the days' charts and doctor's anticipated needs
- Greet, seat, and screen patients - communicating patient concerns effectively to the doctor
- Take alginates, pour and trim models or scan utilizing the iTero scanner
- Take diagnostic x-rays (PA, Bitewing, Panoramic, 3D/CBCT) as needed
- Keep operatory fully stocked
Requirements
- Superior customer service skills, with the ability to infuse personality, empathy, and enthusiasm into each patient contact
- Dental assisting experience
- Radiation Health Safety and Infection Control Certifications
- Willingness to learn & grow
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Evening (until 8pm) availability (1-2 nights per week) and Saturday (7:30am-2pm) availability (bi-weekly) is a must.
