A multi-site, multi-state dental group seeks a self-motivated Director of Marketing to drive growth and brand visibility.
The Director of Marketing will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive growth and patient acquisition, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This role involves leading digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns, as well as overseeing content creation for various channels. The Director will manage patient acquisition strategies, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI. Additionally, the Director will build partnerships within the dental industry and proactively identify areas for improvement, taking initiative to develop solutions. This role will have one direct report.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or dental industry.
