Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing accounts within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
You will need to travel to different companies and meet with their HR departments to try and get contracts with these companies. This will not only benefit their employees at no cost to them but it will drive our client pools through the roof!
Responsibilities
- Conduct demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Execute outside sales strategies to expand market presence within your territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales or outside sales environments is preferred.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in territory management to optimize sales efforts across assigned areas.

Pay is a base hourly pay with a commission bonus system. Hours will very per week depending on the meetings you have set up.
