Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a CRM, similar to HubSpot, Social Sprout, etc.
- Must have experience posting to FB and Instagram and graphically conveying a message.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, and/or Adobe Premier experience preferred.
- Two to three years of relevant work experience in the digital and social media marketing space
Responsibilities:
Track, analyze, and report website, SEO, and paid analytics on a regular basis.
· Work in partnership with the marketing team and various agency partners to reach KPI goals.
· Manage our local listings through manual updates or bulk updates through various platforms.
· Work with our local vendors to ensure local profiles are updated with fresh content regularly and that the information is accurate.
· Troubleshoots potential issues with local profiles and works with the source engine to find resolutions.
· Intake support tickets from our field operations teams, process and implement necessary edits to local profiles/website requests.
· Assist our website and content team in reviewing fresh content for accuracy, grammar, etc.
· Work with our PPC Program Manager and agency partners to build, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns.
