- Analyze current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies .
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with overall business objectives .
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) to track progress and measure success.
- Conduct regular assessment of operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across the organization .
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational capabilities.
- Communicate strategies and initiatives to senior leadership.
- Provide guidance to operational teams to support the achievement of strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams .
- Participate in development of company strategic and long-range plans
- Develop expertise in dental specialty industry trends and market insights to uncover new technologies or processes to spur growth within specialty
- Plan structured pilot programs for new areas of opportunity; scale across enterprise if successful
- Collaborate with the field leadership and dental offices to gain alignment prior to implementation of initiatives

Education & Qualification/Training:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field required ; Master’s degree preferred .
- Seven (7) or more years of related progressive experience in operations within a healthcare setting.
- Solid business acumen, strategic planning, problem solving and relationship building.
- Ability to develop operational plans, focused on delivering performance.
- Superior process improvement skills .
- Exceptional project management skills; ability to prioritize .
- Ability to engage, internally and externally .
- Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to engage with executive level audiences.
