Dental Office Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager who excels in customer service, leadership, and communication. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dental Office Manager.
- Strong knowledge of dental office operations, including billing, patient scheduling, insurance benefits, treatment plan presentation and follow-through, and practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Familiarity with dental industry terminology and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive experience.
- Lead and manage office staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide top-notch customer service when answering phones and assisting patients.
- Oversee treatment plans from creation to successful completion.
- Manage insurance processes and patient financing options effectively.
- Assist with patient check-ins, check-outs, and payment collection.
- Maintain and optimize both hygiene and treatment schedules.
- Keep the office organized and running efficiently.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and lab orders.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the doctor or designated staff.
- Prepare and submit required monthly reports.
- Scan and organize patient, insurance, and practice documents.
