Dental Receptionist - Spanish Required

The right candidate will have at least 1 year of dental experience. Previous customer / sales roles goal oriented candidates. You must love dentistry!

Responsibilities :

  • Verifying patient insurance benefits.
  • Treatment plan / case presentation.
  • Scheduling appointments to achieve office goals.
  • Following up for unscheduled treatments.
  • Checking in and outpatients.
  • Collecting payments.
  • Collection calls.

Qualifications :

  • 1 year of dental experience (Prior Front Desk and / or Dental Assisting experience – Preferred).
  • Bilingual – (English & Spanish).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of basic math (Required).
  • Dentrix experience (Preferred).
  • Strong background with PPO insurance (Preferred).
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team Player.
  • Time management skills.
  • Able to work legally in the US.

  • Job Type : Full-time (35 Hrs.)
  • Pay : $16.00 - $ 20.00 per hour.
