Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring the dentist’s and patient's needs are met.
- Verify and process insurance information, ensuring accurate billing and claims submissions.
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, insurance benefits, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
- Assist patients with insurance verifications and resolve billing or insurance discrepancies.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure the smooth flow of daily office operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering patient questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a dental office.
- Experience with dental insurance verification, billing, and claims.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
