We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to help grow our General Dentistry Practice in Hamilton, NJ.
Must be well-versed in the dental field with prior office management experience and knowledge of Eaglesoft (preferred) or equivalent dental practice management software.
The ideal candidate will also be:

This role is responsible for managing business aspects of the dental practice, supervising team members, and assisting patients with billing, insurance, and treatment plans. As the Office Manager, you will be key to fostering a positive work environment, ensuring our dental practice operates smoothly, and enhancing patient experiences.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of patient care
- Manage front desk staff and coordinate scheduling, billing, and patient communications
- Resolve patient inquiries in accordance with established policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards
- Develop and present financial treatment plans to ensure patients understand their options and make informed decisions
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and revenue optimization
- Provide direction and guidance to staff as needed, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date medical records that are in compliance with all relevant regulations
- Manage employee performance evaluations, promotions, terminations, and retention
- Oversee staff scheduling as to ensure full coverage
- Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and operation expenses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
