We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced dental practice manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the dental industry and be able to manage all aspects of a small practice, including patient care, billing, and staff management. In partnership with the owner, the Site Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the multi-specialty dental practice, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and practice policies.
- Assist with inventory, equipment, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.
- Assist with developing and implementing practice policies and strategies
- Employee Engagement:
- Lead, mentor, and support the practice staff, including providers, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative personnel.
- Assist with performance assessments and provide feedback and training as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any employee issues or conflicts.
- Patient Experience:
- Ensure exceptional patient service and satisfaction by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Oversee patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Present and explain treatment plans to patients, including insurance coverage and patient responsibility.
- Implement and maintain protocols for efficient patient care and workflow.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a dental practice management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- OpenDental experience preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
