Patient Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting patients and answering phone calls.
- Warmly greet patients, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their journey.
- Coordinate appointments, verify insurance coverage, and efficiently manage patient flow.
- Process patient payments, explain financial policies clearly, and ensure accurate billing practices.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, maintain patient records, and ensure a smooth operation.
