What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at Dental Lab Aesthetics LLC?
Jason J. Kim Dental Aesthetics, a proud member of Denbright Dental Labs, is a full-service dental lab creating beautiful restorations for dentists across the globe, and we are looking for an administrative coordinator to join our team. The primary functions of the administrative coordinator are to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers and to support our shipping and delivery services.
Essential Functions
- Receive and answer all incoming calls on multi-line phones, and direct callers to the appropriate department or individuals while providing exceptional customer service
- Monitor and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
- Track and categorize incoming photos and emails using DropBox
- Schedule appointments for patients and/or dentists as needed.
- Provide administrative support with shipping and receiving services (courier, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
- Ensure that materials are fully stocked and updated regularly
- Regularly meet with leadership on areas of continuous improvement
- Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management

Benefits
- $22 per hour
- 8:30 - 5:00 pm shift, Monday-Friday (no weekends)

Minimum Skills and Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, employees, and management
- Ability to handle multiple phone calls while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, MS Word and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Polite, professional, and courteous phone manner
- Reliable transportation to and from our office in Port Washington
- Prior dental experience a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Sitting - Sitting continuous for 8 hours
- Standing - Standing as needed, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Vision - The worker is required to have visual acuity to use computer and phones and to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned
