Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ceramist for a Quality Control (QC) position . The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, precision, and craftsmanship , ensuring that all restorations meet our high-quality standards before reaching our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough quality checks on ceramic restorations, ensuring excellence in aesthetics and function
- Evaluate anterior, posterior, and full-mouth reconstructions for accuracy and fit
- Assess implant restorations and ensure precision in occlusion and contour
- Perform custom shading to achieve seamless matches
- Collaborate with technicians and department leads to maintain the highest quality standards
- Identify and provide feedback on any necessary adjustments or improvements
