We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Laboratory Manager to lead our state-of-the-art, fully digital dental laboratory in Buford, GA. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, ensuring productivity, quality, and collaboration.
- Oversee training, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Digital Workflow Oversight:
- Oversee the lab's digital production processes, including CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, and milling workflows.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and operating at peak performance.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively and efficiently.
- Operational Management:
- Optimize lab processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
- Develop and manage budgets, including tracking labor and material costs.
- Client & Case Management:
- Collaborate with dentists and other stakeholders to meet case-specific requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of all cases.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in digital dental technologies (CAD/CAM, 3D printing, and milling systems).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental restorations (crowns, bridges, implants, etc.) and materials.
- Hands-on expertise with leading digital dental platforms (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape, etc.).
- Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
