We're looking for someone with a keen eye for talent-someone who is relentless in sourcing top candidates and isn't afraid to seek out the best fit for the role. A natural talent scout who thrives on identifying high-potential candidates and building strong, diverse talent pipelines
Be part of the Talent Acquisition team alongside Morgane, Talent Acquisition Lead and Lucie, Talent Acquisition Specialist, both based in our HQ in Paris. Work closely with them to improve global processes and strategies.
Run the full-cycle recruiting process for all departments of North America (mainly sales people)Work with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a talent acquisition strategy to meet their goalsDraft job ads and publish job opportunities on our career page and relevant job boardsSource, screen and interview potential talents. Proactive sourcing will be a big part of your roleOrganize interview processes and hiring discussions with the hiring teamGuide the offer process including closing candidatesInput all candidates information and interview feedbacks into HR toolsWork closely with the People Team during the pre-boarding and onboarding processes to onboard new hiresCreate the roadmap for a successful candidate experience and engage all stakeholders in becoming representatives of the DentalMonitoring brandCollaborate with Marketing about promoting open roles, and keep the DM brand aligned globallyLiaise with external recruiters as first point of contact when appointed to manage a specific job allocationEngage proactively in quarterly benchmarking activities and market surveillanceBe able to provide metrics as needed on your recruitment activitiesYou will be successful in this role if you have / are
