Dental Front Desk/Clinical Assistant

Summit Dental Group is currently hiring for a full time front desk Receptionist which will also be cross trained as an assistant to the dentist. Come join our award-winning team! The front desk patient coordinator is the first impression of our office, and we strive to create an amazing patient experience! We are looking for a friendly and personable front office person with great communication skills and organization. Previous customer service is required, and dental or medical experience is preferred. Ultimately, the patient coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth running of a busy office.

We will also train you to be a dental assistant. Youll learn how to do everything in a dental office!

Job Duties:

- Running and managing the day to day flow of a busy dental practice

- Answering phones and scheduling patients

- Checking patients in and out

- Confirming patients

- Reviewing and presenting treatment plans

- Preparing and presenting payment plans and financial arrangements

- Insurance verification

- Collecting payment and billing insurances

- Effectively answering/solving billing questions
