Duties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Cultivate and manage relationship with dental providers to proactively measure, anticipate and prevent problems as well as continually improve operational efficiencies and achieve corporate objectives around programs and strategic initiatives.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Communicate with both onshore and offshore billing teams to optimize practice performance, uncover opportunities and optimize progress.
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives.
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor profit and loss statements to assess financial performance and make informed decisions.
- Foster a culture of leadership within the team, encouraging professional development and collaboration.
