We are seeking a highly motivated upstream marketing professional to join our team! This position requires a naturally curious, self-motivated, analytical yet collaborative personality to fully engage in a key category of dental with high visibility within the organization. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:- Experienced with classical new product development stage-gate processes and the market/customer research required to develop the necessary business case, value proposition and the marketing inputs for new product development
- Desire and aptitude to work with CRM, ERP, and BI tools to manage the full product lifecycle
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence in a matrixed organization and high emotional intelligence to work across teams and functions
- Experienced with impactful new product launches and refresh campaigns with downstream and marcomm partners for marketing programs, sales tools, digital and printed literature, etc.
- Experienced in creating near- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with R&D
- Experienced in establishing product sales forecasts and managing financial KPI metrics for product portfolio, including pricing and profitability
- Engaging presenter able to elicit confidence and rapport with sales, channel partners and end user customers
- Ability to gather competitive intelligence and generate competitive analysis working collaboratively with sales and industry partners and to work directly with customers to gain unique insights and trends
- Participate in tradeshows, end user presentations, dealer meetings, and other similar events
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring clarity in a variety of circumstances (problem definition, data/fact analysis, and draw conclusions)
- Ability to seamlessly transition from highly technical to highly relational environments
- Must be resourceful and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business; MBA preferred
- 7-10 years relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Downstream marketing or marketing communications experience a plus
- Desire to mentor and coach
- Strong project management skills
Read, write, and verbally communicate in English
Proficiency in PC / Windows-based systems; advanced Excel skills a true bonus

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
