If you are an IT Specialist with a minimum of 3 years experience, the following may interest you!
The IT Specialist Role
- Installation and configuration of new IT hardware
- Provide IT Support to internal users including during onboarding and offboarding
- Offer technical support to company employees and troubleshoot computer problems
- Interact regularly with each team to ensure quality IT services
- Work closely with the Development and Infrastructure teams to improve the efficiency and quality of provided IT services
- Manage DM users accounts, their level of access and the security of IT software
- Manage IT stocks and purchases
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of technical documentations
