Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to discuss their treatment options, presenting financial plans clearly and confidently.
• Close high-value cases by understanding patients’ needs and addressing concerns, ensuring they are comfortable with their treatment choices.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless treatment coordination and patient follow-through.
• Manage and organize patient schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and optimal workflow for treatment plans.
• Provide financial counseling, review treatment costs, and explore flexible payment options with patients.
• Build lasting relationships with patients, ensuring they return to our practice for their ongoing dental care needs.
• Keep the office running smoothly by working with the front desk and clinical teams on patient flow, communication, and care.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a dental setting is preferred, but not required.
• A natural ability to build rapport and close large treatment plans.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple cases at once.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
• A passion for luxury service and helping patients feel valued and comfortable with their treatment decisions.
