Position Overview

We’re looking for a

Digital MarketingSpecialist

passionate about driving and generating high-quality leads to help DentiMax, Inc. grow! In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing effective lead generation strategies, with a focus on Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, current marketing team, Vice President of Sales, President of Sales, and others. If you are data-driven, results-driven, and willing to experiment with new strategies to drive lead generation, product / brand awareness, and overall marketing efforts; this role is for you. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities :

Develop and implement lead generation strategies that drive high-quality leads for the sales team.

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.

Conduct keyword research, and on-page and off-page SEO optimization to improve organic rankings and drive traffic.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with the content team to align SEO strategies with content marketing efforts.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.

Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and nurture leads.

Track, report, and analyze website analytics.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools.

Proficiency in Google Ads and experience with managing large PPC budgets.

Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page / off-page SEO, and link-building strategies.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Experience with social media advertising.
