Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes using Dentrix or similar software.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle human resources functions, including staff scheduling and conflict resolution.
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and industry best practices to support clinical staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a dental clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dental practices.
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
