We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. Recent grads are encouraged to apply. Proven skills and efficiency in oral surgery, crowns, root canal treatment, and fillings will be considered an asset. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and committed to patient satisfaction. This can be a full-time as well as part-time position, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays being must. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, ensuring the highest standards of care in a supportive environment.
You will recieve-
- great exposure to perform new patient comprehensive exam and treatment planning
- emergency dental care experience on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Mentorship and guidance from principal dentist
- 30% of Adjusted collections.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct various dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and surgical treatments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license and ability to pass all necessary background checks.
- Proficiency in dental procedures.
- 1 / 3 malpractice liability insurance.
- Ability to learn and adapt according to new work place, materials, and technologies.
- Experience or knowledge in areas such as oral surgery / extractions, endodontics, crowns, and fillings is preferred.
- Ability to utilize medical imaging software Curve Hero effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient education and comfort.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $256,385.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only
