As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks to keep information current and organized.
- Handle calendar management, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide administrative support to team members when required.
- Regularly check and respond to emails.
- Operate office phone systems to facilitate smooth communication.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized front desk area.
- Respond to phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications and excellent clerical skills.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting.
