- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle incoming calls and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate care plans for patients in collaboration with dental professionals.
- Maintain and update electronic health records using eClinicalWorks or similar software.
- Ensure efficient use of Meditech for managing patient information and billing processes.
- Supervise office staff, providing training and support as needed to enhance performance.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and patient care quality.

- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a medical or dental setting.
