Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar P.C. seeks a full-time experienced corporate legal administrative assistant to work in our fast-paced and growing corporate practice group, working in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
Prior corporate experience highly desired. The ideal candidate will have some prior franchise law experience. Essential skills include :
- MS Office Suite proficiency;
- Strong word processing, formatting and editing experience;
- Solid writing and grammar skills;
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured legal environment;
- Professional attention to detail;
- Excellent listener and articulate verbal and written communicator;
- Exceptional people and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently, manage time and prioritize multiple responsibilities and ongoing projects from inception to completion; and
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
