Overview :

We're looking for a Group Creative Director, Creative Development (Art) to lead teams and inspire them to excel beyond the brief for one of our most recent AOR wins, a global telecom company. The work will span conceptual development through execution of retail deliverables, from in store video to interactive store experiences including print. You will report to the Chief Creative Partner. You'll manage a team of creatives including two ACD art and copy teams. You will own our client relationship, and bring your ideas and perspective as we execute the new brand system we've created for our client.

• You'll oversee creative choices that relate to messaging strategies, enhance the quality of the work, and meet client goals while achieving our financial goals.
• You'll be client facing, encouraging client relationships and pitching work to clients.
• You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.
• You'll be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.
• You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.
• You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.

Additional information :

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000 - $263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
