We're looking for an Executive Producer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Production, you'll be a strong advocate for your team, have a curated eye for the work and the talent contributing to the work, and have strong retail knowledge. You'll have a mixture of Production, Operations and Human Resources skills and requires a curious leader, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate across our teams to create solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- You'll oversee T-Mobile’s retail production team for content across all viewable platforms.
- You'll create and lead the production process, from conceptualization to final execution for T-Mobile design and retail across internal studios (T-Studios and Tag) and other agency partners.
- You'll refine operations, set quality standards, and create quality control checkpoints for the team and supports their adherence.
- You'll review, develop, and revise procedures.
- You'll manage staff and resources, including annual planning and scheduling.
- You'll work with other leadership to ensure adequate staffing and maintain a freelance pool (including designers, motion gfx, artists, photographers, print & art producers).
- You'll manage training for all team members.
- You'll prioritize tasks and troubleshoot any issues or conflicts.
- You'll source vendors and negotiate costs.
- You'll review reels and interview candidates for employment.
- You'll onboard new talent (staff and freelance) and partners (Tag and T-Studios).
- You'll attend creative briefings and evaluate work to recommend the correct talent and approach.
- You'll identify new ways to contribute to overall agency and client profitability.
- You'll maximize workflow within production and interrelated departments.
- You'll implement equipment and technology requirements.
- You'll stay up to date with current trends and the latest technological advances.
- You'll foster innovative and creative solutions.
- You'll work with all departments within agency, Tag, and T-Studios to schedule, plan, and manage timelines, estimates and profitability of all projects.
- You'll guide communication between agency creative and all T-Mobile retail partners.
- You'll collaborate with and assist the creative department and foster creative solutions.
- You'll ensure that all projects are on strategy, on time, and on budget while meeting creative excellence.

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $118,000 - $182,850. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
