Job Description :
Merkle provides customer care for their Promotion & Loyalty Solutions winners and end-users. We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team to support promotion related inquiries.You will be reporting to someone more senior on the team.
Responsibilities :
- Address winner and end-user inquiries
- Evaluate consumer-related issues, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use troubleshooting skills to understand and answer client questions.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure responses to end-users or our teams.
- Recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and ensure a positive consumer experience.
- Communicate with clients regarding customer care concerns related to promotions.
- Identify trends in customer care and escalate them.
- Handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with the utmost confidentiality and follow expectations of data protection.
- Offer general support to all customer care operations.
Requirements :
The annual salary range for this position is ($39,000 - $62,962). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
