Job Summary: The Retail and Food & Beverage Seasonal Intern will play a key role in supporting the gameday experience for the Denver Broncos. This role is responsible for assisting with the execution of retail and food and beverage programs, including gameday preparation, in-game operations, and post-game reporting. Key responsibilities include writing promotional copy, coordinating visual assets, tracking sales performance, supporting on-site activations, and conducting observational research to evaluate fan experience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports retail and F&B operations while contributing to strategic planning and analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Retail and F&B: Gameday Prep: Support execution of key in-season retail and F&B initiatives:
- Write fan-facing copy to promote retail and F&B initiatives (Item of the Game, Know Before you Go, SMS updates, etc)
- Submitting Lytho requests for appropriate visuals/graphics to support F&B and retail initiatives
- Tracking gameday app throughout season, reconciling it with offerings
- Support gameday execution – team store setup, influencer support, raffle program fulfillment, etc.
- Conduct gameday laps to evaluate F&B and Retail performance throughout game
- Manage feedback reporting meetings with third party and prep review materials for weekly check-in
Retail and F&B: Key Initiative Support & Reporting: Build on strategic capabilities within the organization by:
- Tracking/reporting of key initiatives (F&B stand performance, menu performance, fan-friendly pricing performance, all-inclusive packages), working together with third party to accurately summarize and present out performance
- Support major in-season activations, including holiday setup and promotion
Strategy: Project & Presentation Support: Support strategic capabilities by:
- Attending deliverable/deck reviews and tracking/executing changes
- Researching and proposing innovative ideas that can enhance our team's performance and business operations
- Supporting department as needed for any high priority projects that may arise
Contributes to the team effort by performing other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Resume
- Completed Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily PowerPoint and Excel

- Ability to partner with and communicate effectively with other departments

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
