The Role
The Sr. Manager, Talent Management plays a pivotal role in driving organizational performance, equitable progression and career development of Denver Broncos Football Club and Stadium Management Company’s workforce. We are seeking a strategic, user-centric, and highly analytical leader to design the talent systems and workflows that enable assessment of organizational needs; the development and delivery of all talent processes and strategies including recruitment, talent assessments, bench planning, high potential development programming, succession planning, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the Denver Broncos Football Club business strategy, organizational context, and current/future state to help shape the multi-year vision and roadmap for Talent Management in alignment with the broader HR and Inclusion strategy.
- Redesign talent systems and workflows leveraging user-centered and inclusive design principles that enable us to scout, assess, and develop top talent across all employee types (FTE, PT, Interns, etc.) in alignment with our business strategy.
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities to create diverse and robust pipelines.
- Design and oversee an internship program that provides real-world, hands-on experience to emerging talent while building a pipeline for future opportunities with the Denver Broncos Football Club and Stadium Management Company.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and drive end to end recruitment for professional and executive level roles
- Strategically focus on key talent segments, such as veterans, individuals with disabilities, and underrepresented groups, developing tailored programs to attract, retain, and develop.
- Design an onboarding experience that ensures new hires are equitably set up for success and sets the groundwork for an amazing career journey with the Denver Broncos.
- Collaborate with partners to uncover the Employee Value Proposition and utilize the findings to create the Denver Broncos employment brand.
- Partner closely with the VP, Inclusion, Diversity, & Talent Development to ensure the employee experience around performance management, development, career progression, recognition, mentorship and sponsorship lives up to the Employee Value Proposition and meets the existing and future needs of the organization while reducing turnover and increasing employee engagement.
- Partner closely with the VP, Inclusion, Diversity, & Talent Development to support the build-out of a talent planning operating model including workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and assessment frameworks
Minimum qualifications
- 10 years of Talent Management experience inclusive of scaled program design in the areas of talent acquisition, talent reviews, talent development, performance management, and succession planning
- 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Proven experience in complex program management and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in applied analytical and reporting skills and translating insights to action
- Applied experience in user-centered design
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Strong organizational development skills including organizational diagnostics, org design, and change management
- Experience in learning design
- Experience in leadership development
- Ability to shape and see the big strategic picture, while also operating hand-on at the more detailed level
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the base salary for this role is $151,700 - $173,900.
This position will be located at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit in Englewood, CO.
