Duties & Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Using Adobe Premiere Pro to edit a variety of content including, but not limited to, game day features, in-house video requests, social and broadcast shows.
- Operate professional video cameras and related equipment. Provide support for media productions including video shoots and miscellaneous projects, including audio, lighting, and grip.
- Assist with setup, operation, and execution of the broadcast studio and radio/podcast studio
- Using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or After Effects to create basic & supplemental graphics for video projects and stand-alone elements.
- Provide support for game day video operations.
- Game day footage to be imported into media asset management software for labeling and tagging.
Minimum Requirements
- Resume and Cover Letter
- Demo Reel
- Recent graduate or current student enrolled in a college or university pursuing a career in video production, graphics, or broadcast communications
- Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of broadcast video cameras, audio gear and production equipment
- Availability to work 40 hours a week from June through February
- Experience working in video production or broadcast television environment
- Must have intermediate to advanced experience with Adobe Premiere Pro Edit software and the Adobe Creative Suite - including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with live and ENG video production equipment-including shooting on a variety of cameras, production lighting, and sound equipment, within a sports environment is highly desired.
