JOB SUMMARY: The Account Manager, Club Member Service is a
full-menu position with primary responsibilities including ongoing high-level
service, and long-term retention of United Club season ticket members.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to proactive season
ticket member account growth and overall business development for the Denver
Broncos Football Club.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively manage assigned United Club book of business by:
Consistently meeting and exceeding individual and team
retention, extension, and new sales revenue goals.Building positive client relationships through proactive
outreach utilizing phone calls, emails, messaging, social media, handwritten
notes, face to face engagement, in-seat visits, and client office visitsLeveraging client relationships and a first-class premium
experience for members into multi-year agreements.Identifying new sales opportunities through referrals,
add-ons, and upgrades from current book of business.Performing gameday and non-gameday event responsibilities
while executing outlined strategy and techniques assigned by leadership.Maintaining accurate and thorough records of all activity in
identified ticketing systems and customer relationship management systems. Consistently exceed non-revenue metric expectations.Meeting and exceeding service levels, standards, and company
values.Anticipating, responding, and resolving all customer
complaints and requests in a professional manner, ensuring that each
interaction results in a positive touchpoint for each clientDelivering benefits, amenities, and service that exceed
United Club member expectations.
Contributes to the team effort by:
Performing all other duties as assignedSome travel may be required as directed by management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Submit ResumeBachelor’s Degree in business administration or related
fieldMinimum 3 years sports and entertainment industry sales or
service experience. Experience with ticketing software, customer relationship
management (CRM) systems, and Microsoft Office programs.Ability to work all home Broncos games, other stadium
events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule

skillsIn accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $48,000 and $50,000.
