JOB SUMMARY:     At the Broncos Football Club, we value inclusion and diversity. This is a unique role that combines the integration of inclusion into the development of leadership through effective programs.  The Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity & Talent Development is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a strategy that attracts diverse talent and creates an inclusive culture through the development of employees.      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Lead Inclusion, Diversity and Talent Development for the organization: Establish listening and feedback loops with diverse groups to inform the roadmap for the organization’s strategy and priorities. Lead employee engagement process to further create and sustain a positive and inclusive company culture. Develop and execute engagement strategies, initiatives and programs that create a great place to work. Analyze the data, monitor employee feedback and work with our leaders to implement strategies to address concerns. Implement succession planning tools and methodologies to identify high-potential employees. In partnership with HR, manage a robust talent planning process throughout the organization. Ensure a diverse and inclusive approach that supports organizational goals. Fully execute our performance management process and cycle across the organization. Provide tools and materials that support leadership’s ability to set strong performance goals align in support with overall business goals. Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.   Develop innovative programs to attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce by: Create a proactive pipeline strategy and identify resources to hiring managers to increase access and awareness for diverse applicants. Create and oversee a revamped internship/rotational program that infuses the organization with strong entry level talent and drives diversity. Continuously improve onboarding programs to enhance inclusion efforts across the organization and position new hires for success. Imbed Inclusion, Diversity and Equity into learning and development programs: Conduct a needs analysis based on talent cycle processes that accelerate developing inclusive leaders and teams. Deliver an L&D Roadmap that will enable employees to build capabilities and continuous development opportunities. Oversee leadership development offerings including identification of external vendors, modalities, and audiences. Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to support specific experiences and programs to achieve learning objectives. Collaborate with leaders and departments. Establish awareness and alignment with the Community Impact department and the Denver Broncos Foundation. Act as a thought partner and resource in support of initiatives. Partner with other departments and leaders to establish a supplier diversity program.   Establish and evaluate all metrics/reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of diverse and inclusive talent development programs. Regularly assess program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results. Deliver ROI on talent development strategies and ensure continuous improvement. Manage budget for inclusion and diversity as well as specific initiatives and projects. Ensure regular progress updates are provided to executive leadership team. Work with human resources team members to complete annual EEO reporting. Respond to various NFL initiatives/request for information.   Contributes to team effort and continuous improvement: Recommend new approaches/procedures to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency of department. Complete other duties as assigned.     MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. 10 years of experience working within various diversity and talent development functions, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior leadership experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plus Talent Development, Leadership Development or Executive Development with a deep understanding of the approaches used to design and deliver effective enterprise-wide solutions in a complex environment. Strength in building trusted relationships, collaborating across teams, and influencing partners – peers, senior leaders, and direct reports. Ability and experience setting a talent development strategy, executing, and measuring results through analytics. Experience integrating inclusion, diversity and equity, leadership principles and other talent and learning initiatives throughout the talent development process. Prior experience implementing a learning management system and creating a learning platform to support a culture of continuous learning. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and to balance several projects simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines. Ability to build models, manage and analyze data, and recommend learnings/solutions. Expert facilitator, communicator and listener. Proficient in Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.   PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY Master’s degree in business administration, Organization Development, or similar discipline preferred.
