POSITION SUMMARY :
DEVELOP YOUR CAREER WHILE HELPING OTHERS GROW THEIR OWN : The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Team meeting its staffing needs by getting all applicants to the finish line. This person will be process driven, with strong attention to detail, and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. They will work closely with the Talent Supervisor and Specialists, location stakeholders, and candidates to ensure everyone is getting the information they need to successfully prepare to onboard new employees. Additionally, they will play an integral role with facilitating transfers to ensure our employees receive an equally exceptional candidate experience and the process is efficient.
This is a hybrid position based out of the Xanterra Corporate office located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Responsibilities
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT :
- Post approved requisitions for locations
- Advertise jobs as requested by Talent Supervisor or Specialist
- Manage various stages of the candidate lifecycle to include (for hourly positions) :
- Follow-up on incomplete applications
- Initial screen of applications for position fit
- Extend offers and follow-up with candidates
- Respond to candidate correspondence
- Perform reference checks for select roles
- Coordinate transfer requests across our other locations
- Work closely with Talent Specialists and location to ensure a great candidate experience
- Assist Talent Supervisor with J1 Program and other projects as requested
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

COMPENSATION : The pay rate for this position is $21-23 / hour. Pay rate based on the position located out of the Denver Headquarters.
