We are actively hiring a Customer Support Trainee as a part of our Customer Service and Sales department to serve customers with personalized product recommendations that best suit their needs. The right Customer Support Trainee for the job is obsessed with communication, can build relationships with any type of personality, and has a proven track record of delivering quality results.
Customer Support Trainee Responsibilities:
- Meet with new and existing customers on a regular basis to provide product recommendations, service updates, and resolve issues
- Establish and maintain genuine customer relationships by finding common ground and keeping honesty and transparency at the center of the relationship
- Listen carefully and ask probing questions to fully understand the customer’s need and provide an appropriate product recommendation
- Deliver quality solutions to customer complaints in an efficient, effective and timely manner and escalate to the appropriate department if needed
- Process order requests and provide installation and product delivery information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and file confidential information in accordance with our compliance policies
- Ensure that all actions and conversations are a positive example of our company mission and values
Customer Support Trainee Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma plus at least 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in an applicable role
- Demonstrated ability of working hand-in-hand with customers and providing customer support, sales assistance, and account resolution
- Excellent communication, active listening and interpersonal skills - Presentation and negotiation skills are a bonus!
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts at any given time
- Tenacious attitude, unrelenting work ethic, and drive to work in a growing organization
